Our full-time team members have a combined 454 years of experience at Tusco, making our average team member’s tenure more than a decade each. Tusco promotes participation in programs like Leadership Tuscarawas, where team members have the opportunity to learn and grow as career-and-community-focused individuals. We also hire college students in full-time and internship positions, which allows them to work and learn new skills while completing their education at local universities. Tuition Assistance is also available for team members on this track.
Associates attend workshops and conferences in their fields of interest as they are available. For example, groups of associates attend training workshops through the Powder Coating Institute, FABTECH, CRM/ERP system, CAD design software, and marketing conferences.
